The second issue of the first volume was issued in February 6th, 1906. The founder was Amin Butrus Hilal, and the editor Wadih el Bustani. The review is bilingual (Arabic and English). It is noteworthy to mention that for the first time in the history of the AUB student magazines, the option of a yearly subscription is offered, hinting at a sense of continuity, stability and commitment to the project that the editors and participating students must have felt. The paper was issued by the Scientific and Commercial departments of SPC. The magazine’s motto was “Cooperation, Fraternity, Equality and Liberty”.
